What we collect
Analysis prompts. The text you submit is processed to generate your report and passed to our AI inference provider for that purpose only.
Free-usage signals. To enforce the one-free-analysis limit we store a signed cookie in your browser and one-way hashes of your IP address and browser characteristics on our server. Raw IP addresses and user agents are not persisted; hashes cannot be reversed into the original values and are used for no other purpose.
Contact messages. If you write to us we store the name, email, and message you provide so we can reply.
Cookies
We set at most two cookies, both strictly functional (no advertising, no analytics, no third-party cookies): af_used (marks that the free analysis has been used) and af_pro (marks an active PRO membership). Both are HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Strict, and cryptographically signed — they contain no personal data and cannot be read by page scripts.
What we never do
We do not sell or share personal data, run third-party trackers, profile you for advertising, or use your prompts to train models.
Retention and your rights
Free-usage hashes are kept for up to 12 months; contact messages for as long as needed to handle your enquiry. You may request access to or deletion of your data at any time via the contact page. UK GDPR applies; the data controller is Acrivia.
