1. The service

Atropos Finance ("the Service"), operated by Acrivia, provides AI-generated equity research reports built from live market data. By using the Service you agree to these terms.

2. Not financial advice

Everything the Service produces is educational information and idea generation, not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Reports are generated by an AI system from third-party market data that may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and any losses arising from them. Always do your own research and consider consulting a licensed financial advisor.

3. Free usage and PRO

Each visitor receives one free analysis, enforced per device, browser, and network. Attempting to circumvent the free-usage limit is a breach of these terms. Atropos Finance PRO is a paid subscription — £45 per month or £400 per year — granting unlimited analyses; it renews automatically for the billing period chosen and can be cancelled any time, effective at the end of the paid period.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: attempt to extract, jailbreak, or manipulate the underlying AI system; probe, scan, or attack the Service's infrastructure; resell or bulk-redistribute reports; or use the Service for unlawful market activity, including market manipulation.

5. Data and availability

Market data comes from third-party sources and may be interrupted, rate-limited, or inaccurate. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind; we may modify or discontinue features at any time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Acrivia's total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the month the claim arose.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, its frameworks, prompts, and branding remain Acrivia's property. Reports generated for you may be used for your personal, non-commercial research.
